Refund & Cancellation Policy
Here is exactly what you pay, how to stop paying, and when you can get your money back.
You are only charged if you are approved
Applying is free and needs no payment details. You pay only after we approve your application, through a private payment link we email to you. If a payment is made without our approval, we refund it in full.
Annual memberships (Founding and Standard)
- No automatic renewal. An annual membership is a single payment that gives access for 12 months. We never charge you again unless you pay through a new link, so there is nothing to cancel. If you want to leave earlier, email info@hot-tottie.org.
- 30-day refund: if you ask for a refund within 30 days of your payment, we refund it in full and your access ends.
- After 30 days annual fees are not refundable, including for unused months.
Two-month trial
The trial fee of US$99 is not refundable. The trial does not renew: after two months your access ends and you are not charged again. To continue you must purchase the Standard annual membership at US$1,199; the trial fee is not deducted from that price, and the 30-day refund rule above applies to that annual payment.
Renewals
At least 14 days before your membership ends, we email you with the price for another year and a link to renew. If you do not renew, your access ends when the 12 months are over and we remove you from the Discord server. Nothing is charged automatically.
Other cases where we refund
- You were charged twice, or charged by mistake.
- We remove your access without cause during a paid year: we refund the unused months, pro rata.
- The Club is discontinued: we refund the unused part of any prepaid period.
If we remove a member for breaching our Terms, including the confidentiality rules, no refund is due.
Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law where you live. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract. By requesting immediate access when you apply, you agree that you may lose that right once the service has been fully provided, and that if you withdraw earlier you pay a proportionate amount for the access already used.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method through Whop, the merchant of record. They usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
The Long/Short Terminal
The Terminal is sold separately, and refunds for it are governed by the terms at the point of purchase, not this policy.
